This policy covers hardwoodhowl.com and Hardwood Howl Poster, a private publishing tool operated by the owner of Hardwood Howl ("we").
Nothing. This site has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts and images are hosted on the site itself, so visiting it sends no data to third parties.
The tool is used only by the owner, on the owner's own computer. When the owner signs in, it receives access to the owner's own TikTok account (basic profile info such as display name, and permission to publish videos) and to the owner's own YouTube channel (to upload videos, edit titles and descriptions, set thumbnails, and read the channel's video list and view counts). It does not access data from any other TikTok or YouTube user.
Access tokens are stored only on the owner's computer and are used only to publish and manage our own videos and to read our own channel's public statistics. We do not sell, rent, share or disclose this data to anyone. Public video statistics we pull are kept for our own analysis and refreshed or deleted within the limits set by each platform's policies.
Hardwood Howl Poster uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the tool's access to a Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Use of TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API is governed by TikTok's terms and privacy policy. The owner can disconnect the tool at any time from TikTok's app settings under Security and permissions, then Apps and services.
This site and tool are not directed at children and collect no personal information from anyone.
